Microchipping

Every animal adopted from C.A.R.E. has been implanted with a microchip and registration is included with the adoption fee. C.A.R.E. also provides microchip services to the general public. Microchips are $30, which includes the initial registration & implant. To make an appointment to have your furry friend microchipped, please contact us!

Spay/Neuter Vouchers

Why Spay or Neuter Your Pet? Spaying or neutering helps your pet live a longer, healthier life. By having your pet spayed or neutered you are also helping to reduce the number of animals that enter the shelter.

Colorado Animal Rescue is committed to ending overpopulation by promoting responsible pet ownership within our community.

C.A.R.E. offers $50 vouchers toward the cost of any spay/neuter. To be eligible for a voucher, you must be a resident of Garfield County and have an appointment scheduled with your local veterinarian (also within Garfield County).

Need a voucher? Please call our office at 970-947-9173 or email us.
