Raise the woof, dogs back in the White House!

C.A.R.E. adoptable pets are celebrating as Champ and Major moved into the White House on January 25th!

Major, a 2 year old German Shepherd adopted from the Delaware Humane Society, is proof that Shelter Pets really can reach for their dreams.
